Refund Eligibility

We understand that sometimes our programs might not meet your specific needs. That's why we've created clear guidelines for when you can request a refund.

Full Refund Scenarios

  • Program cancellation by Ultra Nexora due to insufficient enrollment
  • Technical issues that prevent access to course materials for more than 72 hours
  • Significant changes to course curriculum that weren't communicated at enrollment
  • Instructor unavailability leading to course postponement beyond 30 days

Partial Refund Scenarios

  • Withdrawal within first 14 days of course start date (80% refund)
  • Medical or family emergencies with supporting documentation (case-by-case basis)
  • Unsatisfactory learning experience within first two weeks (60% refund)

Refund Process Timeline

We've streamlined our refund process to make it as straightforward as possible. Here's exactly what happens when you request a refund:

Contact our support team with your refund request and relevant details. We respond within 24 hours on business days.

Our team reviews your request within 3-5 business days. We may contact you for additional information during this time.

Decision & Processing

Once approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method.

You'll receive email confirmation once the refund has been processed, including transaction details.

Payment Method Processing Times

While we process refunds quickly on our end, the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your payment method:

  • Credit cards: 3-5 business days after processing
  • Bank transfers: 5-7 business days after processing
  • Digital wallets: 1-3 business days after processing

Non-Refundable Items

Some items and situations don't qualify for refunds. We want to be upfront about these limitations:

  • Downloaded course materials and resources after 14-day period
  • Completed courses where you've accessed more than 50% of content
  • One-time consultation sessions that have already taken place
  • Administrative fees for payment processing (typically 3-5% of transaction)
  • Requests made more than 90 days after course completion

Special Circumstances

Life happens, and we recognize that sometimes situations arise that are beyond your control.

Medical Emergencies

If you need to withdraw due to serious illness or injury, we'll work with you on a case-by-case basis. Documentation from a healthcare provider may be required.

Military Deployment

Active military personnel who receive deployment orders during their course period are eligible for full refunds or course deferrals.

Job Loss or Financial Hardship

While not automatically eligible for refunds, we encourage you to reach out. We may be able to arrange payment plans or partial refunds depending on circumstances.

Important Notice: All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@ultra-nexora.com. Phone requests alone are not sufficient for processing. Please include your enrollment details and reason for the refund request.

Course Transfers and Credits

Sometimes a refund isn't the best solution. We also offer alternatives that might better meet your needs:

  • Transfer to a different course of equal or lesser value
  • Course credit valid for 12 months from issue date
  • Deferral to a future session of the same course
  • One-time scheduling change with 48-hour notice

These alternatives often work better than refunds because they preserve your investment in your financial education while giving you flexibility.

Dispute Resolution

If you're not satisfied with our initial refund decision, you have options:

Internal Appeal Process

You can request a review by our education director within 14 days of our initial decision. Include any additional information that supports your case.

External Mediation

For unresolved disputes, we're open to mediation through neutral third-party services. Both parties share mediation costs equally.
